Shipping Policy for Biopls Slim Pro

Processing Time

Orders typically require 1–2 business days to process before being shipped. Please note that during holidays, processing times may be longer. To ensure timely delivery, ensure all payment and address details are accurate and complete. Missing or incorrect details may delay your order by an additional 3–5 business days.

Note: All U.S. shipping addresses are verified through USPS. To prevent delays, please confirm your address at USPS.com.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. While we strive for quick shipping, delivery timelines depend on USPS and may vary.


Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and do not include weekends or public holidays. While we aim for punctual deliveries, external factors such as weather, strikes, or transit delays may impact timelines and are beyond our control.


Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: For packages shipped via USPS that are lost or stolen, replacements are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed or missing, contact us at support@biopls.com for assistance.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may range from 4–6 weeks or longer due to customs clearance in the destination country. Additional fees or delays may occur depending on the region.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed for fulfillment immediately after purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already shipped, you may refuse the package or return it with tracking for a refund upon receipt.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Biopls Slim Pro is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you can request a reshipment or a refund.


Package Delivery Issues

If your tracking information indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it, Biopls Slim Pro cannot issue refunds. For assistance, please contact USPS directly.


Returns

To qualify for a refund, all bottles (used, unused, or partially used) must be returned within 180 days of the original purchase date. Include the following with your return:

  • Order ID (from your receipt)
  • Full name and the address where the order was delivered
  • Your email address and phone number
  • The original packaging slip (if available)

Important: Partial returns may result in partial refunds.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing timeline.
